Fitness and Wellness Services
An important aspect of any
recreation program is its ability to create a lifelong interest
in maintaining one's level of fitness. Campus Recreation
provides a variety of services and fitness classes for all
interests and abilities.
North Fields Activity Center Guidelines
Students, faculty, staff and community members need to provide a
valid Student I.D. card, or community membership tag.
Non-members can pay a $5.00 daily use fee to access the
facility. Each patron must have a second pair of clean shoes to
change into prior to using any surface within the air structure.
Only water and gum are allowed through the revolving door.

Group Exercise Classes
Campus Recreation classes focus on warming up, cardio, muscle
toning, strengthening, as well as flexibility. We offer classes
such as: Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Tae Kwon Do and a
Senior Fitness Program.
Personal Training
Campus Recreation sub-contracts with certified personal trainers
who are willing to help participants identify and reach his or
her goals. The trainers are available by appointment only and
can be contacted through our Reception Desk Staff.
Fitness and Wellness Guidelines
All services require payment prior to participation.
Participants can sign-up and pay at the Reception Desk with
cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Classes and personal
training sessions are open to students, faculty, staff and
community members. Facility membership is not required to
participate, however, a $5.00 Daily Use fee will be charged for
any non-members who utilize our personal trainers.
