Health Insurance through Franklin Pierce is available to all GPS students. Please follow the steps below to obtain health insurance.

Print the Letter of Intent, complete and send with a check to:

Print a copy of the insurance brochure for personal reference.

Each time you need to mail in a claim, print the claim form and fill out completely. If you have questions regarding the claim form, you may contact Marianne Anderson @ 603-899-4130.

A copy of your insurance confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your letter of intent and check.
