Charles Moose is keynote speaker at Fitzwater
Center Conference:
Public Safety and the News Media in Post 9/11 America and
Law Enforcement Information Technology Fair

Charles Moose, the man who was charged with the apprehension of the snipers
who terrified the Washington, D.C.-area in October 2002, meets and greets the
attendees.

Enforcement graduate program were in attendance.

WNDS interviews James McLaughlin. McLaughlin is an adjunct instructor at FP
in Keene, and he is a Detective with the Keene, NH police department.
