Charles Moose is keynote speaker at Fitzwater Center Conference:
Public Safety and the News Media in Post 9/11 America and
Law Enforcement Information Technology Fair

Charles Moose, the man who was charged with the apprehension of the snipers who terrified the Washington, D.C.-area in October 2002, meets and greets the attendees.

in Keene, and he is a Detective with the Keene, NH police department.
