Went 2-for-3 with an RBI against New York Tech (3/21). Homered in her only official at-bat, while walking twice and scoring a second run against Saint Michael's (4/11). Posted a perfect 2-for-2 performance in the nightcap versus Bentley, with a double, one run scored and a season-high three RBI. Chipped in with one hit and one RBI in a win over Bowdoin College (3/19).

Personal: Born March 18, 1986, in Northampton, Mass. Daughter of Sally and John Surgen of Southampton, Mass. Has one sister, Suzanne (25). Majoring in biology at Franklin Pierce. Was honored with the NCAA Sportsmanship Award for the 2006-07 season. Aspires to work in holistic veterinary medicine. Works in the community service office and with Kitty Rescue. Also rows on the Raven women's crew team.
