Before Franklin Pierce: A 2007 graduate of Pilgrim High School. Was a four-year varsity starter on the field hockey team and a three-year varsity starter in softball at Pilgrim High. Was team captain and earned All-Division honors in both sports as a senior. Also named softball team MVP her junior and senior seasons. Was a four-year honor roll student.

Personal: Born January 19, 1989 in Warwick, R.I. Daughter of Jim and Michaela Beagan of Warwick, R.I. Has a brother, Corey (16) and a sister, Molly (13). Has been an Irish step dancer for the last 13 years and teaches classes at her home. Supports the Boston Red Sox and Jonathan Papelbon. Her greatest sports moment was throwing a perfect game in summer ball. Majoring in mass communication at Franklin Pierce.
