2007: ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America second team and Academic All-District first team. NSCAA/adidas All-New England Region first team selection. Northeast-10 All-Conference first team and NE-10 All-Academic first team honoree. Served as a team tri-captain in his senior season. Appeared in 21 of the team's 23 matches, making 20 starts, mostly from the midfield. Scored once and added two assists for four points. Recorded his first career goal in the team's 3-0 win over Bryant (9/22). Named to the NCAA New England Regional All-Tournament team.

One of three Ravens to start all 22 matches, splitting duties between defense and holding midfield positions. Key member of a defensive unit which led Division II with a program-record 0.44 goals against average and 15 shutouts. Recorded one assist on the season, which came on match-winner in regular season finale vs. Saint Rose (10/21). Named to the NCAA New England Regional All-Tournament team. Wrote a weekly men's soccer blog for the Franklin Pierce athletics website.

NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll Gold Scholar. Started all 26 matches played. Ranked fourth on the team with five assists (10th NE-10). Key member of a Ravens defensive unit that led the NE-10 with a 0.87 team goals against average and 13 shutouts. All five assists came in NE-10 play. Dished two assists (on first two goals of match) in 6-0 victory at Assumption (9/14) for first points in Franklin Pierce career. Set up match-winning goal in 2-0 victory over Bentley (9/21). Recorded an assist in 4-0 win over No. 13 Southern Connecticut State (10/27). Wrote daily on-line blog for Franklin Pierce Athletics website at the NCAA Division II Final Four.

2004: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll Bronze Scholar. Played all 24 matches, starting 23. Main marking back for a defensive unit that posted a school-record and NCAA Division II-best 16 shutouts and a 0.65 goals against average (6th nationally - tops in the NE-10). Unit allowed just 16 goals in 24 matches (0.67/match). Team posted a 0.53 team goals against with ten shutouts in 13 NE-10 matches. In six postseason matches, the defense allowed just 0.47 goals per match with four shutouts.

Before Franklin Pierce: Transfer from York University in Toronto. Played for the Dixie Strikers club team. Served as captain of Ontario’s Provincial team for four years and earned one cap for the Canadian U-18 National Team against Austria in 2003. 2003 graduate of Glenforest Secondary School. Earned the Ontario Scholar’s Honors Diploma.

Personal: Born May 9, 1985, in Toronto, Ontario. Son of Peter and Voula Petropanagos of Mississauga, Ontario. Has two sisters, Angel (24) and Katie (15), and a brother, Robert (22). Pre-med major. Supports Manchester United. Ryan Giggs is a favorite athlete. Plans to become a doctor or sports therapist.
