Earned All-State, All-Conference and team MVP honors as a senior. Led team to Connecticut State Championship and Conference title with a school-record 31 goals. Also lettered in basketball and track.

Personal: Born June 23, 1988, in Hartford, Conn. Son of Maurice and Christine Ahern. Majoring in sports management. Supports Real Madrid. Lists Kobe Bryant as a favorite athlete. Aspires to play professional soccer or to run his own team.
