Dominican Outlasts 
Franklin Pierce, 14-10


ORANGEBURG, N.Y. (March 31, 2004) –
The Franklin Pierce men’s lacrosse team fell 14-10 to Dominican College in non-conference action this afternoon.

Junior Nick Mincolla (Cohasset, Mass./Gov. Drummer) led the Ravens with three goals and an assist. Senior Jimmy Ward (Lynn, Mass./Lynn Classical) tallied two goals and two assists, freshman Mike Willis (Hingham, Mass./Hingham) and senior Derek Mandatori (Newton, Mass./Newton North) recorded two goals and an assist each. Sophomore Nick Cowden (Marblehead, Mass./Marblehead) chipped in with a goal and two assists, while senior Dean Patty (East Lyme, Conn./East Lyme) and freshman Ryan St. Cyr (Manchester, N.H./Trinity) added an assist apiece.

The Ravens (0-5, 0-2 NE-10) return to action on Thursday for a Conference game at Saint Michael’s at 3:30 p.m. Dominican College (1-7) next hosts Vassar College on Monday at 5:00 p.m.
