2008: Consensus All-Northeast Region and
All-Northeast-10 Conference first team selection. Served
as team captain as a senior. Appeared in 32 games for the Ravens
this season, including a team-high 23 appearances on the mound.
Made 22 of his 25 starts in the outfield, batting .263 with 13
runs scored, seven RBI and six doubles on the year. On the hill,
recorded a 6-3 mark with nine saves and a 2.25 ERA in 40.0
innings of work. Also ranked fifth on the team with 55
strikeouts, striking out at least one batter in 22 of 23 games.
Struck out four of the five batters he faced versus Philadelphia
(3/9). Had his first career four-hit game with a perfect 4-for-4
day, driving in a run and scoring three times versus American
International (4/15). Pitched 7.1 innings of relief in a
suspended game against Pace (4/16), striking out a career-high
nine and giving up one unearned run in earning the win. Named
Most Outstanding Player of the NE-10 Tournament after collecting
a pair of saves in 3.2 innings.

(8-for-19) with two doubles and four RBI. On the mound, recorded
a 2-1 record and a team-high 10 saves in 17 appearances, giving up five runs and 13 hits
in 25 innings. Had his best day at the plate against Stonehill
(4/24), getting two hits and driving in one while scoring two
runs. Out of the bullpen, did not allow a run in his first 16
appearances (23 2/3 innings), giving up only nine hits while
striking out 27. Struck out a career-high five in 2 2/3 innings
against Pace (5/11).
