The Financial and Administrative Services Division is responsible for providing financial and office support services and managing the College's financial and human assets, budget and long-term plan of the College. The Division includes the offices of Bursar, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Strategic Analysis, Purchasing, Accounting, Controller, Mail Services, Bookstore, and Printing Services.

College's financial and administrative systems, planning and

The Financial and Administrative Services Division will support
and facilitate the educational delivery system of the College by
providing superior service, promoting an entrepreneurial
approach, and enabling a responsible stewardship of the
College's resources. As such, financial and administrative
systems will be developed and implemented that align information
and responsibility with service origin, while operating a shared
information environment.
Informed by the vision and mission of the Financial and Administrative Services Division of the College, our services will be developed according to the following principles:

Financial and Administrative Services Team Roles, Organization and Responsibilities
FAST Participants
The Financial and Administrative Services Team, FAST, will include the Controller; Accounting Manager; Director of Purchasing and Administrative Services; Bursar; Assistant to Vice President for Finance and Planning; Director of Strategic Analysis; and the Director of Human Resources. In addition, from time to time, representatives from other offices, students, parents or others may be asked to meet with the FAST team.
Introduction
To coordinate the sharing and interaction of information, the Financial and Administrative Services Team (FAST) members will establish a practice of reporting critical information on a regular basis to the VP for Finance and Planning and the FAST team. The goal of sharing this information is to improve the Team member's understanding of the overall trends of human and financial resources, customer and administrative services, and the demands and interdependency of these issues.
Alignment
The organizational structure of FAST will be based on a team concept where all participants are aligned toward shared principles and goals, supporting the Mission and Vision. Team members will be responsible for designing and implementing services that align with the Division's Mission and Vision which support the College's Mission and Vision. For purposes of employee development and mentoring, Team members will report to the VP for Finance and Planning. |
